When Far Out Toys launches its GLO-Up Girls brand this summer, the new collection of fashion dolls will be supported by multiplatform content to reach kids and fans wherever they might be.

The growing toymaker revealed plans for The GLO Show, a live-action reality series that will debut this July on YouTube and drive the emerging brand’s entertainment strategy this year. The series is produced by the newly launched Far Out Studios in collaboration with Concrete and ConnectHER Media’s ZStar Digital influencer group.

The GLO Show follows the adventures of six, real-life social media stars living in the GLO House — a central location at  Vaquero Resort from which the crew will create and share exclusive content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Dai Time, Sicily Rose, Paige Taylor, Rachel Brockman, Madi Filipowicz, and Makenna Kelly (aka Life with Mak) will invite audiences to #ShowYourGLO through interactive challenges inspired by the GLO-Up Girls dolls.

“We’re excited to bring the GLO-Up Girls to life in a way that’s so relevant to tween girls, by partnering with social media role models and focusing on YouTube as our core entertainment strategy,” says Sarah Baskin, vice president of marketing communications, Far Out Toys. “With GLO-Up Girls, real girls will see that with a little #GLO-tivation you can take on the world!”

The GLO-Up Girls fashion doll line taps into the massively viral world of makeover content that dominates social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — where #GlowUp already boasts more than 24.5 billion views. Each doll in Series 1 comes in pajamas and includes more than 25 surprises that kids can use to give their dolls a GLO-up. Additionally, the dolls come with a real beauty mask that kids can use.

GLO-Up Girls will be available in the U.S., UK, Ireland, Australia, and Scandinavia this summer. The cast of The GLO Show will make appearances at special events throughout the fall to support the launch of the line.
