Fisher-Price Rescue Heroes

Mattel and Walmart are celebrating the relaunch of Fisher-Price Rescue Heroes with special events at 500 Walmart stores nationwide.

Beginning July 4, the Fisher-Price Rescue Heroes Touch-A-Truck Experience will bring families together with local first responders in an effort to engage kids with everyday heroes in each community. Events will take place July 4-7, and July 12-14. Families can enter their zip code at Walmart.com to find a participating locations.

At each participating location, kids can explore fire trucks and/or police cars; meet and take photos with local first responders; take pictures with life-size Rescue Heroes cutouts; receive a Rescue Heroes poster; and play with the latest Rescue Heroes toys from Fisher-Price.

Revealed at Toy Fair New York, the full relaunch for the classic Rescue Heroes brand centers around showing kids the power of real life heroes — first responders. Featuring a heroic scale and stance, the Rescue Heroes toys are designed to give parents and kids a preschool-friendly way to engage in conversation about heroism in the world around us in the face of natural or manmade disasters. Fisher-Price collaborated with Tongal on a short form Rescue Heroes animated series, which is streaming now on YouTube.
