9 Story Brands and Fred Rogers Productions inked Skip Hop’s first-ever licensing deal for Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.
The license covers backpacks, non-pedal ride-on toys, and kids’ mealtime items.
“We are excited to partner with Skip Hop, a powerhouse in the baby and toddler space,” says Kyra Halperin, Co-Vice President of Consumer Products for 9 Story Brands. “Just like Daniel Tiger, Skip Hop leans into first experiences, and we can’t wait to see kids engage with their favorite tiger in new and meaningful ways.”
Skip Hop released a 3-in-1 ride-on toy in November as the first part of the collaboration. The latest products include mini backpacks designed for kids between the ages of 1 and 4, a portable snack cup with a lid, and a water bottle with a straw.
“Daniel Tiger and Skip Hop both celebrate the shared value of emerging preschool independence,” says Lauren Duchene, Vice President, and General Manager of Skip Hop. “Weare excited to partner with Daniel Tiger to help share beloved stories of Daniel and his friends through these special-edition everyday products made just the right size for toddlers.”
The collection is available now at skiphop.com and Amazon.
