Genius Games Launches Kickstarter for Human Anatomy Jigsaw Puzzles

Genius Games introduces its first-ever anatomical puzzle collection. Illustrated by Mesa Schumacher, a certified medical illustrator from Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Livingston’s Human Anatomy Jigsaw Puzzles will launch on Kickstarter on Jan. 29—National Puzzle Day

Volume 1: The Human Head (500 pieces), Volume 2: The Human Thorax (600 pieces), and Volume 3: The Human Abdomen (600 pieces) are super-sized puzzles that feature accurate and intricately detailed illustrations of organs, blood vessels, and more. When completed, kids can display the three puzzles together, laying the groundwork for a full human that will be 10 feet tall (arms and legs are planned for later this year).

This is the 11th Kickstarter project from St. Louis-based Genius Games. The first 10 campaigns raised more than a million dollars in funding to help bring new products to market. Genius Games is a STEM-based publishing company that aims to create high quality tabletop games, puzzles, and children’s books that are both entertaining and educational.

Update: The Kickstarter was fully-funded within just a few hours of its launch.
