With the Angry Birds Movie set to launch in May, Sony Pictures has teamed up with promotional partners around the world to create a campaign building on the global appeal for the brand. In total, more than 100 partners worldwide are coming together to deliver $250 million in promotional value.
The Angry Birds Movie promotional partnership campaign highlights include McDonald’s with a Happy Meal program in 120 markets worldwide and a physical/digital experience; Ziploc with limited-edition sandwich and snack bags and $5 off movie tickets to see the film; Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, with Angry Birds flavors and two new cups; Imagine Advertising with a The Best of the Nest event; and more. International partners include Citroen, Jack Links, Panasonic, The Home Depot, Sony Electronics, Nestle, Ferrero Kinder, Pepsico, and more.
