Global Brands Deliver $250 Million in Promotional Media for The Angry Birds Movie

AngryBirdsWith the Angry Birds Movie set to launch in May, Sony Pictures has teamed up with promotional partners around the world to create a campaign building on the global appeal for the brand. In total, more than 100 partners worldwide are coming together to deliver $250 million in promotional value.

The Angry Birds Movie promotional partnership campaign highlights include McDonald’s with a Happy Meal program in 120 markets worldwide and a physical/digital experience; Ziploc with limited-edition sandwich and snack bags and $5 off movie tickets to see the film; Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, with Angry Birds flavors and two new cups; Imagine Advertising with a The Best of the Nest event; and more. International partners include Citroen, Jack Links, Panasonic, The Home Depot, Sony Electronics, Nestle, Ferrero Kinder, Pepsico, and more.
