Hasbro Inc. celebrated its fourth annual Global Day of Joy with volunteerism and toy donations. Each December, all of Hasbro’s employees worldwide volunteer as “elves” in their local communities. This year, Hasbro also donated more than half a million toys and games to organizations benefitting children, valued at $6 million.
The efforts are also part of Hasbro’s Be Fearless Be Kind initiative, which launched earlier in the year. Ninety-three percent of Hasbro employees worldwide participated in this year’s Global Day of Joy across 40 countries.
