In an effort to maintain the safety and health of all parties involved amid the spread of COVID-19, Hasbro is going virtual for its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
The meeting, which would’ve been held at the toymaker’s Rhode Island headquarters, will now take place using remote communication. No shareholders or guests will be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person. The previously announced date and time of the meeting (May 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. EDT) will not change.
Shareholders and other interested parties can join the meeting using this link. The password for the Annual Meeting is HAS2020. Shareholders will need the control number found on their Notice of Internet Availability, a proxy card, or voting instruction form to participate. Guests or other persons can follow the prompts to register as a non-participating guest.
