Tabletop gaming fans will soon be able to roll a D20 unlike any other.

Kess recently hit the Kickstarter funding goal for its Drop Dots D20 Jumbo Dice. The campaign, which at press time, still has three days to go, introduced gamers to a new take on the D20 (a 20-sided die system) that pairs the form and function of Kess’ spiky-but-soft Drop Dots with colorful, oversized dice. The 5.5-inch dice can be tossed and bounced between players.

“As an avid tabletop gamer myself, I am constantly thinking of ways to incorporate new elements of experience to an industry that has historically seen limited innovation,” says KESS Founder and CEO Alex Kessler.

“The quick funding of Drop Dots D20 Jumbo Dice is a clear indicator of a demand in the market to create more dynamic table-top gaming experiences,” Kessler says. “The addition of the proprietary Drop Dots texture and vibrant colors will allow consumers to engage with more senses during table-top gameplay, and elevate the play of their favorite games.”
