The LEGO Group cut the ribbon on a new Consumer and Shopper Engagement (CSE) office in Tempe, Arizona, establishing a fresh base for its award-winning customer service team in the Greater Phoenix area.
From the new hub, more than 150 colleagues will continue supporting fans across the U.S., answering questions and enhancing building experiences. Plans call for the team to expand to about 180 in the months ahead.
“Tempe is an exciting location for our Consumer and Shopper Engagement team in the US to continue their work with fans,” says Monika Lütke-Daldrup, Head of Consumer and Shopper Engagement. “LEGO colleagues across CSE have a unique opportunity every day to show customers that we care. The enthusiasm and passion we see for LEGO products inspires us to keep finding ways to make their experiences even better.”
The 42,344-square-foot space includes 168 workstations, three training rooms, and design touches inspired by classic LEGO bricks alongside nods to local culture.
Globally, the CSE network includes nearly 1,000 colleagues across China, Germany, Denmark, Singapore, the U.K., and the U.S. Together, they handle more than 4 million customer interactions each year. In 2024, the team even received 19,000 pieces of fan mail ranging from drawings and artwork to wedding invitations — all answered with a personal touch.
