Magformers LLC, known for its magnetic construction toys, expands this year with the launch of the DOLCE line of plush, and the acquisition of construction toy lines Clicformers and Tile Blox. Building on its presence in the construction category, Magformers purchased Tile Blox this month.
Magformers partnered with DOLCE Plush Toys to be the company’s U.S. distributor. The French line of plush toys encourages babies to develop sensory skills with textured fabrics, learn with engaging activities, and educate through play. Magformers will bring 11 plush items to market, including My First Owl Clock and Activity Zebra.
In addition to DOLCE, Magformers is launching Clicformers after acquiring the company earlier this year. The toy line consists of plastic building blocks that kids can click, stack, fold, and roll using four different connection methods. The line contains five new price points, 14 new piece shapes, and includes nine new items.
Magformers is also launching 51 new items in July to the trademark Magformers product line. Among these new play sets is a special anniversary set that comes with a bonus LED light to complement the new range of neon colors.
