Mattel Appoints Yvon Kreiz As New Non-Executive Chairman

Mattel’s Board of Directors appointed Ynon Kreiz as non-executive chairman of the Mattel Board of Directors, effective at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Kreiz, the present director of Mattel since June 2017, succeeds Christopher A. Sinclair, who announced his retirement in June 2017.

He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Endemol Group and was the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Fox Kids Europe N.V. Mr. Kreiz serves on the Board of Directors at Warner Music Group and is also a member of the Board of Advisors of the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
