Mattel Launches Inaugural UNO Championship Series

The 50th anniversary of the world’s No. 1 card game is about to get wild.

Mattel revealed plans for the inaugural UNO Championship Series presented by Mobil 1. Kicking off this Friday, UNO enthusiasts can compete digitally for a chance to be crowned the first-ever UNO World Champion and score a $50,000 grand prize.

Using the official UNO app — available for iOS and Android — players ages 18 and up can enter the UNO Championship Series: Mobile Tournament to get in on the action. Additionally, the UNO 50th Anniversary Instant Win Sweepstakes will give 10 fans a chance to compete in the UNO Championship Series Invitational Tournament this fall.

The in-person tournament will take place on Nov. 11, 2021, in Las Vegas.
