LOL Surprise

During Thursday’s virtual dance party as part of its ongoing #BBsBoredomBusters campaign, MGA Entertainment (MGAE) dropped the first-ever live-action L.O.L. Surprise! music video.

“Extra (Like O.M.G.)!” was written by Priscilla Renea, the co-writer of pop hits including “Timber” by Pitbull featuring Kesha, Miranda Lambert’s “Somethin’ Bad,” “Worth It” by Fifth Harmony, and “California King Bed” by Rihanna, among others.

The song and music video — premiered during the dance party by DJ’s Amira and Kayla — offers fans an inside look into the L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. world. As many families continue to stay at home together, L.O.L. Surprise! fans are encouraged to virtually dance together and stay connected. They can share their moves by tagging @lolsurprise or using the hashtags #LOLDJParty, #ExtraLikeOMG, and #BBsBoredomBusters. They might even be featured on the L.O.L. Surprise! social media channels.

MGAE has been making headlines regularly in recent weeks as the company and its founder, Isaac Larian, step up to make a difference in a world impacted by the spread of COVID-19.

The company recently contributed $5 million in sales from the L.O.L. Surprise! brand to kick-off Operation: Pac-Man, a nonprofit effort created to deliver personal protective equipment (PPE) to healthcare workers and hospitals who are working to fight the spread of the invisible enemy. The effort includes ventilators created by MGAE and Little Tikes designers.
