The Blippi franchise is expanding.

Moonbug Entertainment Ltd. and Amazon Kids+ inked a deal to create Blippi’s Treehouse, a long-form episodic series based on the titular Blippi performed by Stevin John. Moonbug acquired Blippi and CoComelon last July.

“In just under a year, we have delivered on our promise to families around the world: bringing Blippi to more platforms, with new storylines, and even more great content,” says Andy Yeatman, managing director of the Americas at Moonbug. “Blippi’s contagious curiosity inspires kids everywhere to get excited about learning new things.”

Blippi’s Treehouse will premiere exclusively on the Amazon Kids+ streaming service at a date yet to be announced.

Since its debut on YouTube, Blippi has become a multimedia powerhouse spanning music and video content across multiple platforms. According to Moonbug, the music of Blippi alone has been streamed more than 120 million times so far this year. Blippi toys from Jazwares and other licensees are available at retail now.
