Mia’s Magic Playground, the first original series based on the YouTube hit Little Baby Bum, will debut on Sky Kids in Europe this month.

Moonbug’s original animated series originally premiered in Scandinavia in February on Viaplay, the streaming service from the Nordic Entertainment Group. The launch on Sky Kids is the next step in Moonbug’s plan to distribute the preschool series that follows Little Baby Bum‘s Mia and her two best friends, Oskar and Tillie, around the world.

“Sky is a tremendous partner that unites scale and quality, especially in the kids’ space. We are excited to offer this premium show to its viewers,” says Nicolas Eglau, head of EMEA, Moonbug. “This partnership is a strong indicator of the quality of our production as we continue distribution across the globe.”

Mia’s Magic Playground will be available in English on Sky Kids across Sky’s platforms including Sky Q, Sky Go, the Sky Kids App and NOW TV.

A line of Little Baby Bum products from MGA Entertainment‘s Little Tikes debuted in the U.S. last fall.
