Norton PR and Marketing, a UK-based kids, family, and licensing PR agency, formed a strategic alliance with Toronto and New Jersey-based ChizComm.

Under the new agreement, both agencies will be able to better serve new and existing clients internationally, some of whom are already familiar with both agencies.
