Kids2’s Baby Einstein books are now branded with a Phoenix International Publications (PIP) PI Kids publishing status.
The licensed novelty board books will cover key early-learning concepts for babies and toddlers — such as colors, seasons, and movement — to encourage sensory development. The books will launch internationally this summer and will hit North American markets next spring.
“Kids2 has always been impressed with PI Kids’ creativity, commitment, and drive in utilizing the Einstein Way to develop exceptional books for babies and toddlers around the globe and generating a wider range of consumer touchpoints for the Baby Einstein brand,” says Karen Neblett, executive vice president of business strategy and development at Kids2. “We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with the Phoenix team and expand into new format categories, especially multisensorial, novelty board books.”
Baby Einstein carries a variety of interactive books for kids, including sound, activity, and bath books. These are available at major retailers such as Amazon and Target. PI Kids-licensed books feature titles such as “Baby Einstein Splish! Splash! Bath!” and “Baby Einstein: My First Library,” in the range of styles mentioned above.
“Phoenix has long been an admirer of Kids2’s philosophy and brand values and is absolutely delighted to be expanding our partnership with them,” says Sophie Partridge, executive vice president and global publisher at PIP. “Our upcoming range of novelty board titles join our established sound, bath, cloth, and sticker books to help curious kids explore their worlds and learn in the dynamic way we know they respond to best.”
Baby Einstein will be joining PI Kids’ list of previously licensed partnerships, including Disney, Sesame Street, Nickelodeon, and Jurassic World, among others.
