Industry veteran, global brand builder and licensing executive Rosalind ‘Roz’ Nowicki has been appointed to Fabacus’ Board of Advisors. Fabacus is a data management and bureau service for the licensing industry and developer of the proprietary data management software platform, Xelacore.
“Given Roz’s wealth of experience and understanding of the industry challenges, it is great validation having her advocate the need for an industry evolution in data capture, its use, and licensed product identification and authentication,” says Fabacus Founder and CEO, Andrew Xeni. “Part of the advisory board role is the ability to translate advice to action and Roz has an innate ability to do just that, supporting companies to scale their business and accelerate growth. Roz’s commitment to Fabacus further endorses our value proposition to the industry and after years of working in parallel, I’m excited for her to formally join Fabacus as Board Advisor.”
Nowicki will tap into more than 30 years of licensing experience to provide guidance to Fabacus, a platform that provides essential data to intellectual property (IP) owners. “In the new age of incoming sustainability regulation, the extended service that Fabacus has created and offers has evolved from a ‘nice-to-have’ to an essential requirement for brand owners,” Nowicki says.
Most recently, Nowicki was Head of Global Consumer Products and Franchise Marketing for Mattel after serving as Executive Vice President of Peanuts Worldwide.
Fabacus’ clients include Activision Blizzard, Epic Games, Fanatics, IMG Licensing, Skydance Animation, Ubisoft, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and more.
