Following the recent launch of Bedtime Defenderz, Scentco is expanding its leadership ranks.

The company tapped toy industry veteran Lenny Breeden to serve as its new director of specialty sales. Breeden joins the company from Hape where he recently served as national sales manager. He previously held roles at Marky Sparky Toys, Buffalo Games, and PepsiCo.

“My passion is specialty retailers, and I’m looking forward to helping them grow their business with Scentco,” Breeden says. “I’m very excited about our future.”

Additionally, Matt Dampier has been elevated to vice president of sales. He joined Scentco in 2019 as national sales manager and has since taken on new responsibilities.

“Scentco continues its evolution in our industry, from the hugely successful Smencils brand to multi-sensory toys and crafts, and now into other market segments with the new Bedtime Defenderz toy and animated entertainment content franchise,” Dampier says. “It’s an honor to be part of the company that delivers ‘The Funnest Stuff on Earth’ to kids all over the world.”
