This year’s Toy Fair is right around the corner, with industry bigs heading to New York’s Javits Center from Sept. 30-Oct. 3. Schylling is no exception, as it prepares to bring its portfolio of nostalgic toys to the event. The company plans to showcase popular impulse and tin toys as well as exclusive reveals.
Schylling is eager to announce the return of the Big Wheel, the low-riding trike kids have been enjoying since the ’70s. Like others targeting the kidult market, the company is aiming to appeal to nostalgic adults with a Kickstarter campaign for Big Wheels sized for adult riders. Schylling will be hosting a Big Wheel giveaway at the show, with guests entering by uploading a photo on the oversized Big Wheel.
Other products the company will be presenting include Lava Lamps and NeeDoh. There will be a NeeDoh Flow Juggle juggling show on Saturday from 12-3 p.m. On Sunday and Monday, Schylling will host Genevra Collier and her TikTok-viral Lava Lamp costume. The company will also be highlighting the new Chonky Cheeks Hamster, Thunder Shaker, and more.
Schylling will have a full set of displays, activities, and showcases at its Toy Fair booth No. 1365.
