Spin Master and the Liberty Entertainment Group hosted the 8th annual Caring & Sharing Christmas Gala in support of the Children’s Breakfast Clubs. The event involved more than 1,000 children and teachers from the Children’s Breakfast Clubs affiliated schools in the Greater Toronto Area and rural Ontario and featured a special address from Toronto Mayor John Tory.
More than 200 volunteers from Spin Master, wearing glittering angel wings, helped each child select two toys – one for themselves and another to share with a friend. Following the toy selection, the event included face painting, toy and game demonstrations, a bouncy castle, and a dance party, followed by a formal luncheon in the Governor’s Room of the Liberty Grand.
Partners for the event included the Liberty Entertainment Group, who donated the venue, luncheon, and more than 200 Liberty Group staff volunteers; Toronto Police Services; Carquest; Centennial College; North American Produce Buyers; The Don Valley Hotel & Suites; The Jazz Pilots; and The International Policing Association.
