Spin Master Corp. is looking to expand its board of directors this spring.

The company nominated former TD Bank Group President and CEO Ed Clark and Spin Master Global President and CEO Max Rangel to stand for election at its annual general meeting on May 6. Clark is on deck to join the board as deputy chair while Rangel will serve as a director.

“Ed is a legendary Canadian business leader with demonstrated experience of driving significant growth and stewarding large, successful companies,” says Spin Master Co-Founder Anton Rabie. “We are so privileged to have him join the board as deputy chair, bringing his deep business and governance experience to help guide Spin Master’s next phase of growth.”

Upon the election of Clark and Rangel, Spin Master’s board will include a dozen members, including Rabie and Co-Founder Ronnen Harary.

Rabie’s current role is to drive Spin Master’s long-term vision and strategy while pursuing external partnerships and exploring mergers and acquisitions opportunities in addition to consulting on talent and culture. Harary is actively involved in the entertainment and digital games creative centers.
