Studio 100 Media, a studio known for children’s entertainment offerings such as Maya the Bee and Vic the Viking, is welcoming a new Business Development Manager and Fashion Lead, Alexandros Visentin.
”With Alexandros, we are gaining a young, innovative, and well-connected colleague who has learned licensing from scratch,” says Joachim Knödler, Head of Licensing Distribution, Studio 100 Media. “He brings not only the competence but also the strategic thinking and dynamism to drive our operational business forward in a fast-moving environment.”
Visentin has prior experience at Bavaria Media where he was the Licensing Sales Manager for a number of brands, including Playmobil and the Smurfs. He also focused on seeking out new brands for the company.
Studio 100 Media has a number of different brands in the kids and family entertainment sphere, both shows and movies. With the addition of Visentin focusing on the apparel segment of licensing, the company is likely seeking further opportunities to create merchandising through these brands.
Maya the Bee has already seen games, lunch boxes, water bottles, and even snacks as available merchandise, to name just a few items. Studio 100 Media is likely seeking to expand this merchandise list, as well as target additional markets.
