Batman Talisman

Games Workshop and USAopoly (#TheOP) are on a roll.

Following the news of a partnership to create the first-ever licensed versions of the long-running tabletop game Talisman, the companies unveiled the Disney-infused Talisman: Kingdom Hearts Edition last month. Now they’ve dropped the curtain on Talisman: Batman Super-Villains Edition, launched alongside Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC Comics’ epic Batman 80th-anniversary celebration.

For two to six players ages 13 and up, Talisman: Batman Super-Villains Edition invites players to take on the role of Gotham City’s notorious evildoers as they fight through Arkham Asylum in a goal to be the first to take out Batman. The game can be played cooperatively or against others. There will be 12 super villains in all, to be revealed leading up to the game’s retail debut this June.

The game will feature artwork from DC Comics’ “New 52” era, 13 plastic character figures, more than 100 Encounter cards, six-sided dice, and stat boards.

USAopoly has unveiled a steady stream of games this year, including licensed based on Harry Potter, Captain Marvel, and more.
