If you’ve read the 2023 edition of The BIG Toy Book, chances are that you may have already seen the latest collaboration between WowWee and Hasbro in either the Outdoor & Active Showcase or our State of the Industry Q&A feature. If not, today’s the day that the companies are officially making a splash to celebrate the first day of spring with a new product announcement.

Following the success of last year’s Hasbro Splash Games and NERF Super Soaker lines, which debuted exclusively at The Toy Book, WowWee has extended its partnership with Hasbro to bring even more titles from the Hasbro Gaming and NERF Super Soaker portfolios into the outdoor and active category.

Hasbro Splash Games Adds Four New Titles

This year, Hungry Hungry Hippos Splash, Pie Face Splash, Twister Jr. Splash, and Battleship Splash join the previously introduced Twister Splash, Operation Splash, and Crocodile Dentist Splash.

Families looking to make the ultimate statement in their backyards can get Monopoly Splash, a massive, 3D game board that can be played in two ways: Classic Monopoly or as an obstacle course race. Priced at $999, the inflatable water park includes a slide, pools, sprinklers, and more. In this game, people are the tokens.

NERF Super Soaker Blasts Into Action

Last year, the NERF Super Soaker RoboBlaster was a big hit. Now, the line expands with a trio of new products.

  • The NERF Super Soaker Blast Slider is a 16-foot water slide with a built-in water blaster.
  • The NERF Super Soaker SkyBlast Target Sprinkler features three targets that kids can knock down to launch a rocket into the air while dodging a 360-degree sprinkler.
  • The NERF Super Soaker Toss ‘N Splash is a classic bean bag toss game that soaks anyone who misses their shot.
