This year’s MAR10 Day is right around the corner, and Nintendo is celebrating the beloved video game character with a full portfolio of partnerships and events on March 10.

Nintendo is offering Mario fans a chance to compete in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe tournament on March 10 from 12-6 p.m. PT. The top 310 players will receive 1,000 My Nintendo Gold Points each. The company is also offering several deals on its games that include Mario, as well as the chance to earn Platinum Points by playing Super Mario World on Nintendo Switch Online.

From Mario’s start in the 1981 arcade classic Donkey Kong to the newest iteration of Nintendo Switch games, the princess-rescuing plumber has seen a large collection of video games, multiple TV series, and even a recent movie.

Mario has gone beyond the entertainment world and has seen several licensing partnerships in toys, apparel, and more. Two of those partnerships will be featured in sweepstakes, with the My Nintendo LEGO Super Mario Sweepstakes offering lucky winners the chance to get their hands on three LEGO Super Mario sets, with characters Bowser, Dorrie, and Yoshi. The sweepstakes is open for entries now and will run until April 16.

The second sweepstakes offering comes from apparel brand BlackMilk and highlights Princess Peach. BlackMilk is teaming up with Nintendo for the My Nintendo BlackMilk x Super Mario — Princess Peach Sweepstakes, running until April 23.

Nintendo has plenty of opportunities for in-person celebrations as well. The Nintendo New York store will host a meet-and-greet with Mario and Luigi on MAR10 Day with free giveaways and a screening of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Participating GameStop locations will also be offering demos of Mario games as well as giveaways on March 16.

With sweepstakes, activities, and more, Nintendo is making sure this year’s MAR10 Day will be one to remember. More information about additional MAR10 Day plans is available on the official Mario website
