Adventure Media & Events Terms and Conditions

The Terms & Conditions outlined below supersede any and all prior year or previously delivered Terms & Conditions.

PRINT ADVERTISING:

All contents of advertisements are subject to Publisher’s approval. Publisher reserves the unconditional right to request changes, reject, or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation, or position commitment.
Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the Publisher, except where a request for a specific preferred position is acknowledged by the Publisher in writing.
Publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement.

ADVERTORIAL/DIGITAL MEDIA:

I understand that advertorial content will be marked as “sponsored” or “branded” content.
Assets are typically due a minimum of 4-6 weeks before the scheduled start of any digital media program or campaign. Editors will reach out 6-8 weeks prior to your scheduled dates to provide requirements and deadlines.
Advertorial/Digital Media Program execution is dependent on assets being delivered by the deadlines set by the Publication. Assets that are sent after the deadline may result in the advertorial not running.
Advertorial revisions will be limited to one round of changes.

EVENTS:

These are prepaid events. 15% deposit will be invoiced at time of signing and is due upon receipt. If signed within three months of the scheduled event date, full payment will be invoiced at time of signing and is due upon receipt. All payments are nonrefundable. All cancellations must be received no later than 120 days prior to the event date. All funds will be applied as a credit toward future programs and must be used within 12 months.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

THE TOY BOOK/THE POP INSIDER:

All ads and ad packages are prepaid. 15% deposit will be invoiced at time of signing and is due upon receipt. Cancellations only accepted within 30 days of the signed contract and all cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the ad delivery deadline. All payments are nonrefundable and will be credited toward a future ad to be used within 12 months. Submission of ad materials to The Toy Book and/or The Pop Insider constitutes an agreement to these Terms & Conditions, regardless of a signed insertion order.

THE TOY INSIDER:

The Toy Insider program is a year-long program. 15% deposit will be invoiced at time of signing and is due upon receipt. All payments are nonrefundable. All cancellations must be received by January 15 of the program’s calendar year and all funds will be applied as a credit toward future programs within 12 months of signed IO. Submission of ad materials constitutes an agreement to these Terms & Conditions, regardless of a signed IO.

SWEET SUITE, HOLIDAY OF PLAY, & OTHER AME EVENTS:

These are prepaid events. 15% deposit will be invoiced at time of signing and is due upon receipt. If signed within three months of the scheduled event date, full payment will be invoiced at time of signing and is due upon receipt. All payments are nonrefundable. All cancellations must be received no later than 120 days prior to the event date. All funds will be applied as a credit toward future programs.

DIGITAL MEDIA:

All digital media campaigns are prepaid. 15% down must be received at time of signing. All payments are nonrefundable. All cancellations for Q1, Q2, and Q3 digital media partnerships must be made at least 12 weeks prior to your designated digital media week. Q4 digital media partnerships are non-refundable and no cancellations for Q4 campaigns will be accepted.
