Who knew a Build-A-Bear would ever look so delicious?

Build-A-Bear Workshop is known for its licensed collaborations, and this is the most mouth-watering partnership yet. The plush-experience brand teamed up with the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) fast-food chain for a limited-edition plush accessory collection.

The collection includes a KFC Bucket Costume, a KFC Plush Chicken Wristie, and a KFC Pajama Outfit. Buyers who want more from the experience can look for special gift sets. The Happy Hugs Teddy Bear KFC Bucket Gift Set includes the classic Build-A-Bear wearing a bucket of fried chicken, sneakers, and a plush piece of fried chicken.

The items, which range from $4-54, are inspired by KFC’s classic red and white striped bucket.

“This collection is a blend of creativity, nostalgia, and fun that unites fans of both iconic brands in an unexpected way,” says Sharon Price John, President and CEO of Build-A-Bear Workshop. “It’s all about delivering playful, memorable experiences — served up with a side of KFC’s signature comfort. Together, we’re bringing two beloved passions — customization and comfort food — to the table in a whole new way.”

Consumers associate both brands with comfort and nostalgia, so it is no surprise that this collaboration was born.

The collection is available exclusively at Build-A-Bear Workshops and on buildabear.com.
