BBC’s Bluey is slicing into the gaming sphere. In a partnership born and bred in Brisbane, the Heelers and Halfbrick Studios are teaming up for a fun-filled Fruit Ninja takeover.

Starting June 19, fans of all ages can slice and dice with Bluey, Bingo, Mum, and Dad in Fruit Ninja Classic+, exclusively streaming on Apple Arcade. The crossover will add four fruity events to the video game — Featherwand, Sticky Gecko, Asparagus, and Fruit Salad — each starring beloved characters from the preschool series. Kids can compete in the Bluey dojo to earn exclusive rewards and trophies until August 13.

This crossover marks the franchise’s second venture into mobile gaming, following on the heels of the BBC’s LEGO Bluey Mobile Game announcement.

Joe Brumm, the creator of Bluey, shared, “Bluey and Fruit Ninja are both born and bred in Brisbane, and I’ve been friends with the Halfbrick legends for ages. This project is really special, and it’s a joy to be working together.”

Bluey x Fruit Ninja Classic+ will launch June 19, exclusively on Apple Arcade.
