McFarlane Toys, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, and DC unveiled details for the anticipated new line of DC Multiverse collector figures, which are set to launch later this month.
The new McFarlane toy line features detailed 7-inch figures with 22 points of articulation for heroes across the multiverse, including Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Batgirl, and Bat-Raptor. Each figure comes with a collectible card with character-specific art and a biography, plus multiple accessories and a display base.
“McFarlane Toys has kept the DC Multiverse action figure lineup and images top secret, but today I’m thrilled to show fans, collectors, and big kids, like me, the incredible range of DC Super Hero and Super-Villain character designs that our team has created just for them to bring home,” says Todd McFarlane, CEO of McFarlane Toys.
The first wave includes Batman: Detective Comics #1000, Superman: Action Comics #1000, Batgirl: Art of the Crime, Nightwing: Better Than Batman, Superman: Superman the Animated Series, Harley Quinn: Classic, Green Arrow: Arrow based on the CW series, Bat-Raptor, and more. The highly detailed figures are inspired by the classic DC comics and TV series.
Preorders for this first wave of figures are available now at major retailers, including Walmart, Target, Amazon, GameStop, Best Buy, and Walgreens.
