United Smile is introducing a new line of toys inspired by the award-winning preschool show by Cyber Group Studios, Gigantosaurus. The company chose veteran toy designer Darren Lee Phillipson to create the line with his consultancy, design_lead_play_.
“We have come up with some amazing features and play patterns to take the Gigantosaurus experience to a whole new level, and I’m extremely excited to see United Smile bring these incredible concepts to life,” Phillipson says.
Phillipson is a former Disney, DreamWorks, and Lucasfilm executive that specializes in products for kids and entertainment.
“Design_lead_play_ has done an amazing job designing a toy range that reflects the DNA of the series as well as its emotion and fun,” says Bruno Danzel d’Aumont, vice president of international licensing and marketing for Cyber Group Studios. “Kids will be completely immersed in the imaginative world of Gigantosaurus each time they play with this new collection.”
United Smile will present its Gigantosaurus toy line for the first time tomorrow, Sept. 13, during the Los Angeles fall toy preview. The line includes figurines, playsets, vehicles, and other toys for kids ages 3-6. The entire line will be available for purchase worldwide next spring.
