Jazwares has a new construction brand.
BLDR, the new line, lets kids ages 8 and up build with licensed brands they already love, including Adopt Me, Hello Kitty, and Squishmallows, a Jazwares brand. A licensing agreement with Crunchyroll includes Chainsaw Man and Jujutsu Kaisen.
“BLDR was born out of an opportunity to bring new, iconic brands to the construction space like never before, along with Jazwares’ unparalleled ability to bring innovative, creative, quality products to consumers at highly accessible price points,” said Jeremy Padawer, Chief Brand Officer at Jazwares. “From Hello Kitty’s super cute cafe to authentically detailed, fully articulated anime builds, we look forward to bringing some of the world’s biggest properties to life like never before in the construction category.”
The buildable systems feature 300-piece playsets; anime fans can construct fully articulated nine-inch scale characters, including the eponymous Chainsaw Man. Squishmallow sets feature a SquishBrik for a squishable belly, while sets for Hello Kitty and Friends have double the playability with double-sided play. Adopt Me playsets include accessories like strollers and beds; figures have articulated features and look like the iconic characters. Playsets include buildable characters, which are also sold separately.
BLDR is available at Target and Amazon; Jazwares will offer the brand at additional retailers this spring. For more information about the new brand, visit bldrbricks.com.
