Educational toy and game manufacturer Learning Resources has selected Jon Horn to serve as Vice President of Brand Management.
In his new role, Horn will spearhead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand strategies across the company’s portfolio of pet and toy brands, including Brightkins, Educational Insights, and Learning Resources. Horn’s strategic vision and experience across mid- to large-scale consumer packaged goods brands will help strengthen the company’s partnerships with retailers and distributors, and propel the company’s brand visions forward.
Prior to this appointment, Horn held the Vice President, Marketing, Hands & Face Care position at Kimberly-Clark, where he led the Kleenex brand. He has also been part of several marketing and growth initiatives for household brands at SC Johnson and General Mills, including Lucky Charms, Ziploc, Glade, and Scrubbing Bubbles.
“Jon’s proven track record of success and deep understanding of brand management will make him an invaluable asset to our team as we continue to innovate and expand to meet the evolving needs of children, parents, and educators,” says Sari Winick, Chief Marketing Officer at Learning Resources.
“I look forward to building upon the company’s strong foundation and expanding the avenues through which Learning Resources, Educational Insights, and Brightkins can bring learning to life for children and pets around the world,” Horn says.
