Littles Tikes Welcomes Dr. Seuss with Story Dream Machine

Dr. Seuss is joining Little Tikes at storytime.

Little Tikes’ Story Dream Machine is a kid-sized projector. It shines storybook pages onto flat surfaces and reads the story to children ages 3 and up. Dr. Seuss is available as an expansion pack through a licensing agreement.

The expansion pack includes three Dr. Seuss stories: I Am the Cat in the Hat, I Am Sam-I-Am, and We Are Thing One and Thing Two. A Grinch-themed expansion pack is also available for the impending holiday season. The stories come in a colorful cartridge-like block. Kids slide the block into the Dream Machine, and the story begins.

The device has three standout purposes. It is an early reading aid, helping kids connect the words projected with the words they are hearing. It also serves as an engaging and portable toy, elevating storytime. Finally, it works as a sleeping tool as it functions as a white noise machine and a nightlight.

Additionally, a Story Dream Machine Cat in the Hat Plush will be released in October. This super-soft plush will react by lighting up and making sounds as the story goes on. Undoubtedly, kids will want this storytime companion to add to the routine.
