The Ethical Supply Chain Program Worker Helpline (ESCP) has appointed Marie Enemark Olsen to its governance board. Olsen is the Senior Director and Head of Human Rights, Reporting and Responsible Sourcing at The LEGO Group, where she drives the brand’s human rights and sourcing strategies.
“I am happy to join an organization whose work aligns perfectly with my personal values,” said Olsen. “I’m particularly excited about the expansion of the Family Friendly Factory program, which creates better lives for factory workers and their children through the implementation of supportive workplace policies, provides parental and professional training, and increases access to childcare.”
Olsen joins board representatives from brands, retailers, factories, trade associations, and civil society organizations, including Target, Kenvue, and Just Play. The governing board was established in 2004. Olsen has more than 15 years of experience and brings also expertise in children’s safety to her position on the board.
