Mondo TV Studios has inked a licensing deal with V-Me Media to air its animated shows in the U.S.
The TV shows included in the agreement include The Drakers, a show about high-tech race car drivers; Dinofroz, a show where four friends travel dimensions using a board game to help save a dimension ruled by dinosaurs; and Bat Pat 2, which is a supernatural adventure with a talking bat and his human friends
“We are always looking for high-quality children’s content that tells engaging stories and is appealing to our viewers,” says Doris Vogelmann, Vice President of Programming and Operations at V-Me Media Inc. “The three properties we have acquired from Mondo TV to air on Primo have all the necessary components to be a success on our channel.”
This is one of many agreements Mondo TV currently has in the U.S. Each of the three shows will air on Primo TV, an English channel that caters to Latino and Hispanic audiences in the U.S.
“This deal with V-Me, a leader in its market, furthers our company’s aim to work with significant partners in Latin America and the United States,” says Maria Bonaria Fois, CEO of Mondo TV Studios. “We’re delighted to be bringing these three exciting shows to V-Me Media and are sure they will appeal enormously to kids all over the U.S.”
The licensing deal is for three years starting this month.
