The LEGO Group announced the release of its highly anticipated building theme, the LEGO Icons Natural History Museum Set.

With 4,104 pieces, this museum building set is LEGO’s largest modular set by piece count. Part of the Modular Buildings Collection, this two-story model features new building techniques, a removable roof and middle floor, and brick-built exhibits.

Paleontology lovers will notice numerous dinosaur exhibits on the first floor, including the Brachiosaurus skeleton, whose neck stretches into the second floor. This exhibit also contains other dinosaur-related pieces, including a sabretooth skull, a fossil, and dinosaur eggs. The first floor also features a geology section, which displays an array of quartz, geodes, and stalagmites.

The museum’s second floor explores the wonders of space with a detailed solar system model, a diorama of a space base, and a map of a rocket’s projected orbit. The roof contains the curator’s office memoirs and a telescope for viewing stars.

The LEGO Icons Natural History Museum Set will be available for purchase on Dec. 1 at LEGO Stores and specialty retailers.
