United Wheels has named Bruno Maier its new CEO. Maier has served as COO and President since Claude Jordan’s retirement in 2022. Maier will drive growth and sustainable value at United Wheels while maintaining the company’s mission and value.
United Wheels is the global holding company of Huffy, Niner, Batch, and Buzz Bicycles. It sells bicycles at thousands of retail locations across the U.S. and over fifty countries, and it ships more than five million bicycles annually.
Maier started his career as a sales associate at Huffy 30 years ago. Before returning to the company, he held roles at Pacific Cycle, Cycling Sports Group, and PeopleforBikes.org.
