Universal Products & Experiences has announced that it will promote Jo Pascoe as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Products for the APAC. In this new role, Pascoe will be responsible for overseeing the Asia Pacific and China regions.

The newly appointed Senior Vice President will add to the company’s global commercial growth strategy while reporting directly to Global CPG Commercial Officer Rafael Macias. In this role, Pascoe will lead the creation and implementation of long-term strategy across the region for both direct markets and agent-managed regions.

Pascoe has been part of the team since the company acquired DreamWorks Animation in 2016. Initially overseeing licensing for the animation studio’s Asia Pacific Region, Pascoe grew to become the country managing director of Australia and New Zealand. The former managing director also fuelled the company’s expansion through innovative campaigns and by acting as a lead across EMEA in 2024.

With exceptional qualifications and relative work experience, Pascoe will continue to promote the company’s growth strategies for the Asia Pacific and China regions. To learn more about Universal Products & Experiences, visit universalproductsexperiences.com.
