Oddbods

One Animation is supporting its expansion of Oddbods in Latin America with a major toy launch at Walmart Mexico.

Available across broadcast, VOD, and SVOD in the country, Oddbods‘ success in Mexico follows successes in other territories, including a pair of Emmy nominations. Walmart Mexico will stock 280 locations with a full range of plush, figures, vehicles, and play sets. In tandem with the product launch later this month, Turner will air Oddbods on-air marathons across Cartoon Network and Boomerang, paired with digital support on its Mexican website.

“The Oddbods have been very well received on both our Cartoon Network and Boomerang channels, so it’s great that Mexican kids now have the opportunity to interact with them off screen too,” says Jaime Jimenez, content director at Turner Kids, Mexico & Colombia.

Globally, Oddbods have more than 10 billion views across various YouTube channels. One Animation also inked new licensing details for the property in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa that it promises to announce soon.
