Earlier this week, Super7 unveiled its lineup of new collectibles, which will head to retail shelves this year following a debut at Toy Fair New York (TFNY). One such offering included a 24-inch Super Shogun Transformers Optimus Prime figure, co-produced alongside Hasbro and FAO Schwarz.
As seen in the photo below, this massive figure is based on the vintage Jumbo Machinder and Shogun Transformers figures and the very first toy Super7 ever made: the Super Shogun Stormtrooper.
Super Shogun Transformers Optimus Prime comes with a G1-era accurate and detailed paint job, three points of articulation, wheels on its feet, and a removable Ion Blaster accessory. The figure’s chest can open to reveal a removable Matrix of Leadership and its left fist includes a spring-loaded “rocket firing.”
The figure will retail for $350 and will be on display with other Super7 products in booth No. 5382 at TFNY, taking place from Feb. 22-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
