Mattel has launched the first Fisher-Price toy line for the colorful preschool series Rainbow Rangers, available now at Walmart and Amazon.
Rainbow Rangers is a rescue-based series that follows the adventures of seven girls who are Earth’s first responders, protecting people, animals, resources, and the natural beauty of the planet. It currently airs on Nick Jr. in the U.S.
The Team Rainbow Rangers multipack features figures depicting the technicolored characters from the series: Rosie Redd, Mandarin Orange, Anna Banana, Pepper Mintz, Bonnie Blueberry, Indigo Allfruit, Lavender LaViolette, and Floof. Each character represents a superpower, including super strength, music power, animal whisperer, invisibility, super-vision, super-speed, and micro-power. The set is available for $24.99.
Genius Brands will support the launch of the toys with a comprehensive national advertising and promotional campaign, including TV advertising, social media and influencer programs, a customer appreciation initiative, new content, and more. As part of the launch initiative, Genius Brands is offering limited-edition, numbered and hand-signed lithographs featuring the Rainbow Rangers to the first 1,000 buyers to submit proof of in-store or online purchase.
In addition to the Mattel toys, fans of the series can also find bikes from Dynacraft, costumes and accessories from Disguise, books from MacMillan Publishing, Rainbow Rangers DVDs from Distribution Solutions, apparel from Bentex and Handcraft, and sleepwear from Centric Brands.
