Segway is set to display its products at Walmart’s annual Toyland event on Nov. 11 in Bentonville, Arkansas, where Walmart is headquartered.
Segway will have its own booth in the southwest corner of Lawrence Plaza. Visitors will be able to test drive new products and participate in giveaways while learning more about Segway’s electric scooters and GoKarts. One of the new products Segway is debuting is their limited-edition Bumblebee GoKart Pro, featured in its Transformers collection created in partnership with Hasbro.
In addition to displaying new products, Segway will offer attendees the chance to test-drive a line of products around a race track at the facility. Kids ages 8-14 can test-drive the Zing C9 electric kickscooter while kids 10 and up can try the C15 electric kickscooter. Segway will also offer test-drives for the D18W, F30S, and GoKart Pro.
Segway is also partnering with Wright’s BBQ for the event. Consumers will be able to use their Segway purchase of $150 or more from Sam’s Club or Walmart to receive a free “Segway Thrill Meal.” The offer begins Nov. 11 and ends Nov. 30.
More than 30,000 attendees are expected to take part in Walmart’s big Toyland kickoff event.
