Bestway USA’s 129,000 square-foot facility in Chandler, Arizona, turned one this year.
On Nov. 29, Bestway and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the inflatable company’s growing place in the community. Bestway CEO Scott Schellhase says that moving the company to Chandler has benefited both Bestway and the Chandler community.
“We are proud to call Chandler our home, and we are grateful for the support and relationships we’re fostering in this community. Our team members have already served in this community at incredible organizations such as Feed the Children, and iCAN, and participated in a community blood drive,” Schellhase says. “Our culture and the people we are attracting to Bestway USA have never been better, and I am excited to see where we continue to go in the coming years.”
Bestway moved to Chandler after an explosion of business in the U.S. market. According to Bestway, the number of units sold domestically has increased six times since 2014.
“When we moved into our first office in Phoenix in 2014, we had less than 25 employees and were shipping 7 million units to the USA market,”Schellhase says. “Now, we have reached 95 full-time team members and shipped over 43 million units to the U.S. market in the last year.”
Bestway hosted the event in the facility’s 11,000 square foot showroom for Bestway to show off upcoming products.
