Pop Mart is continuing its international expansion with a new permanent store location at the Westfield Stratford City shopping center in London.
The China-based toy company is known for its variety of figure offerings, from original to licensed characters, mystery boxes, and more. The company has focused efforts on expanding to physical store locations across the globe, with a recent push to increase its presence in the UK. Pop Mart opened an initial store in Soho in 2021.
The Westfield Stratford City location welcomed professional soccer player from Premier League club West Ham United and the England national team Jarrod Bowen as a VIP guest to the new store. The store’s opening follows the successful pop-up store at Westfield London in White City. The new storefront highlights a number of collectibles, including limited-edition goods such as the Labubu Hedgehog Figure and Pucky Ink Flower Figure.
Pop Mart has previously collaborated with luxury brands such as Moncler and Lamborghini. The company has licensed figures from a number of popular pop culture franchises as well, such as The Big Bang Theory, a variety of anime, Harry Potter, and more.
Pop Mart plans to continue its retail location expansion. The company has recently launched a number of permanent locations in Australia, the U.S., South Korea, and more.
