The Rainbow Brite revival continues.

Hallmark’s Rainbow Brite brand has been revitalized once more. As the nostalgic franchise celebrates its 40th anniversary, Hallmark has a full lineup of licensed goods on the way.

We’ve previously covered The Loyal Subjects’ new line of dolls and toys, but there is more on the way in the toy world. Rainbow Brite will be partnering with Funko for Rainbow Brite and Friends Pop! figures as well as Super Impulse for toys. There are also plans for activity offerings. Partners include Crown Jewlz for coloring and activity books; Fun.com for costumes and accessories; and Blanktag for stickers.

The fact that Rainbow Brite is celebrating its 40th anniversary speaks to the connection and longevity the brand has with its fans.
— Stacey Howe, Vice President of Global Licensing & Business Development at Hallmark

Apparel, accessories, and home goods are joining the licensing options as well, with clothing and accessories from Goodie Two Sleeves; bedding, bath, and decor from Jay Franco; mini bags, backpacks, stationary and more from Loungefly; apparel, accessories, drinkware, and pillows from Mad Engine; undergarments, socks, and loungewear from PSD; drinkware, tabletop, and home decor from Silver Buffalo; and kids’ apparel from Sweet Peas.

Hallmark has a full marketing plan to accompany the new products and 40th-anniversary celebrations. The Rainbow Brite brand will attend this year’s Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC), plans to collaborate with influencers, and more.

Those interested in partnering with the Rainbow Brite brand can schedule a meeting by contacting Candice Robinson at Earthbound or visiting Earthbound Hallmark at Licensing Expo later this month in Booth No. A142.
