To better streamline its international operations, toy developer Big On Toy Innovation (BOTI) is reorganizing its chain of command, starting with the appointment of René Imminga as General Manager of BOTI Europe.
In this position, Imminga will oversee the day-to-day management of BOTI’s European division, aiming to strengthen its market position in the region. With this change, CEO Nico Blauw will now be able to devote his focus to BOTI Global and implementing its international expansion strategy as the company continues to grow.
“René Imminga joined BOTI Europe several years ago as Country Manager Netherlands and has since made a significant contribution to our growth, including in the German-speaking markets,” says Bauw. “We are confident that he will continue to successfully expand and future-proof BOTI Europe in his new role.”
In addition, Larissa Louwman, Head of Marketing and Product Development at both BOTI Global and Europe, will fully transition to the global team. While she will remain a member of the regional management committee, Louwman’s sole focus will be product planning and marketing strategy for BOTI Global’s many in-house brands, such as Stuffaloons and Doctor Squish.
