Mattel and Amazon MGM Studios are teaming up for gothic adventures by launching a new American Girl doll — The Wednesday Addams by American Girl Collector Doll.
Inspired by Netflix’s Wednesday series, this collector’s item features the dark yet beloved heroine on an 18-inch doll. With only 6000 available, this limited-edition doll blends Wednesday’s iconic gothic touches with American Girl’s beloved doll design.
This Wednesday Addams doll reflects the character’s unique personality with an all-black look. The doll includes a black velvet dress with white embroidered details, long black braids, and matching black fingernails and toenails. It also features black Mary Janes and a faux obsidian “WM” necklace, inspired by Wednesday’s gift from her mother, Morticia.

Collectors also receive accessories that complement the character and pay homage to scenes from the Netflix series. Part 1, Season 2 of Wednesday streams Aug. 6. The Wednesday doll comes with her loyal companion Thing, who appears in a figurine featuring wound and stitch details. The set also includes two faux plastic bags of piranhas, as seen in the show’s opening scene.
The Wednesday Addams by American Girl Collector Doll will retail on Amazon and americangirl.com starting July 23.
