The Grand Scream of Things is the fifth studio CD from independent kids’ musician Andy Z. Reminiscent of an old time radio show, Andy Z set out to introduce a new art form for kids ages 8 to 12. The Grand Scream of Things follows Andy Z on Halloween as he and his pet Chihuahua, Reggie, try to find Sandy Witch to return her wand. Created especially for tweens, this album combines narrative with a mixed bag of pop styles, including everything from hip-hop to scat singing. With 10 original Andy Z songs and an array of colorful characters, The Grand Scream of Things, which will be released on October 2, will spark kids’ imaginations this Halloween.
