Animaccord, the licensor behind the global hit, Masha and the Bear, becomes an international licensing company with the acquisition of rights to the preschool series Cleo & Cuquin. With this first title, Animaccord looks to work across further animated brands going forward to coordinate licensing for all related consumer products, games, apps, and traditional and digital media.
With the deal, Animaccord acquires rights to seasons one and two of Anima’s Cleo & Cuquin. The 78-episode series is accompanied by 30 music videos that follow the adventures of mischievous little boy Cuquin and his older sister Cleo. Licensing includes all media rights, consumer products, advertising, and promotional activities across television and YouTube in multiple languages, including Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, and Polish.
Cleo & Cuquin can be seen streaming on Netflix in the U.S.
